Job Summary
Production Supervisor role responsible for supervising Team Leader(s) and Production Team Associates, assisting the Production Manager with manpower planning, training new and transferred employees, enforcing standardized work and rotation, tracking daily production, driving process improvements (productivity, quality, ergonomics), managing attendance/time-off records, and providing performance feedback. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (JIT, kaizen, 5-Why, 8-D) as well as safety/OSHA awareness; proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software; and commitment to continuous improvement and an inclusive, equal-opportunity work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
