Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead your shift with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity while driving a disciplined, high-performance culture. Develop your team, enforce standard work, and respond to downtime and process variation with urgency. Identify and eliminate waste to improve reliability and deliver results against critical KPIs. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations, communicate priorities to the plant floor, and support training for new employees. Participate in the Emergency Response Team and ensure proper documentation and shift handoff communication. Requires rotating 12-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities
- Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- A post-offer background check, and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams with a positive, proactive attitude
- High level of initiative, organization, and emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to resolve personnel issues and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment
