Job Summary
Production Supervisor in Lodi, Italy leading and coordinating production activities (assembly, forming, processing, treating, packaging) to meet specifications, schedules, cost, waste, and quality targets. Responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring production; liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources; manage production line maintenance to minimize disruption. Requires engineering diploma/degree and 5+ years in production management; strong communication and organizational skills; fluency in Italian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering
- > 5 years of experience in managing production departments
- Passion for high voltage products
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Italian (>B2) and English (>B1)
