Job Summary
Production Supervisor oversees the CLT Post Operation line, provides leadership, training, and supervision to line operators, enforces safety policies, conducts performance reviews, and manages scheduling. Responsible for guiding change-over practices to achieve world-class uptime, participating in root cause analysis for equipment or process failures, coordinating with Quality Technicians and other supervisors to drive continuous improvement, and performing regular quality checks and site walkthroughs to maintain a safe, efficient production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool graduate, GED or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum three (3) years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution
- Previous production/warehouse experience and fork-lift preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
