Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for supervising manufacturing activities and providing support to the Operations Manager. Ensure production aligns with engineering specifications, time schedules, quality standards, cost goals, and employee safety. Provide technical coaching to resolve processing issues, analyze and resolve departmental problems, drive changes to improve efficiency, and ensure employees are trained and that production data is accurate. Enforce safety and quality system requirements; preferred qualifications include experience with 5S or Six Sigma and bilingual (Spanish).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two to five years of supervisory experience and/or training
- Good mechanical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
- Minimum of two plus years in manufacturing environment or related industry
