Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and departmental KPIs while establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues promptly. Ensure all products meet quality standards by investigating concerns, enforcing safety protocols, and coaching team members to achieve performance goals. Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate training programs, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review timecards before payroll deadlines, and develop work instructions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing. Full-time shift involving 8-10 hours standing or walking, with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery requiring PPE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)
- Frequent sitting while observing line operations and conducting paperwork/computer work
- Frequent reaching, handling, grasping, and fine motor tasks
- Occasional bending and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Visual and auditory acuity for inspecting products and monitoring equipment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with members of the operations team as well as cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
