Job Summary
Lead daily production operations, coach and develop team members, and foster a respectful, people-first culture through shift huddles. Partner with Quality Assurance to uphold safety, quality, and compliance while ensuring accurate records and GMP adherence. Step in to run equipment or provide coverage as needed to keep lines flowing. Maintain an eye on detail to spot issues early and escalate fast. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with mentorship from experienced supervisors. Training begins on the day shift before transitioning to the second shift.
