Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Drives operational efficiency, supports training and development of plant personnel, coordinates maintenance with the Maintenance Department, supervises finishing line operations to meet production schedules, and ensures ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, and 5S adherence. Maintains product quality and food safety, participates in 5S initiatives, and acts as Assistant Leader of the firefighting team. Must meet shift requirements (Morning/Afternoon/Evening) and uphold Halal and Kosher production requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in oleo chemical/chemical process industry
- Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP & 5S (advantage)
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both individual and group situations
- Demonstrates ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Adherence to Halal and Kosher requirements during production
