Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead packaging line operations to drive efficiency, quality, and safety on GMP-compliant production lines. Coach and develop a high-performance team culture, collaborating with engineers, maintenance, warehouse, and planning to optimize production. Implement Lean manufacturing to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and labor utilization, monitor costs related to labor, inventory, and equipment downtime, and ensure a clean, organized workspace while enforcing safety policies and participating in investigations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a filling/packaging environment (cosmetics or pharmaceuticals preferred)
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
