Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise hourly paint and powder coat operations in finishing, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Develop and motivate the workforce, resolve conflicts, schedule vacations, and maintain documentation and production reports. Coordinate with the Plant Manager and other departments; maintain equipment, housekeeping, and adherence to health and safety rules. Requires knowledge of paint/powder coating processes, metrology, color matching, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting; bilingual Spanish desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate with 3–5 years manufacturing experience and minimum 1 year in a leadership role OR two year technical degree with 2 years manufacturing experience and minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
