Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and supervising production, leading and training factory staff, monitoring safety and performance standards, and analyzing production metrics. The role demands at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and effective communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (on the floor)
- Experience in leading and supervising an hourly-paid team
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Attention to detail in manufacturing activities
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to master various related software and use of Microsoft Office tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing construction products (preferred)
- Experience in stock control and distribution operations
