Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for frontline leadership of daily poultry production operations. Oversee production floor activities to meet targets while maintaining safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules; monitor workflow and equipment; enforce health and safety regulations. Provide training and foster a positive environment to maximize quality and productivity; manage employee performance with constructive feedback; encourage open communication; collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements. Requires effective written and oral communication, independent decision making, basic computer skills, ability to manage multiple priorities; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (College Degree in related field preferred)
- 1+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Poultry or food industry experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
