Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate all activities to achieve business metrics and implement Stellantis Production Way processes within the zone. Ensure the production plan is met by analyzing issues, driving continuous improvement activities, and sustaining solutions. Lead the team to improve safety by enforcing mandated tools and procedures while managing morale and manpower allocation. Proactively analyze quality KPIs, prioritize issues, and guide Team Leaders using the C-Matrix to improve zone performance. Must be open to any shift, hold a valid driver's license, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with hourly employees and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be open to any shift
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
- Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams
- Ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
