Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise 30–40 hourly employees in a unionized manufacturing environment while maintaining staffing levels through call-off management and reassignments. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies and coach team members to improve performance. Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams to enforce consistent work rules and resolve production issues promptly. Ensure daily performance targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met while fostering a high-performance culture. Candidates must be open to any shift, including weekends, to meet overtime and production needs. Initial training may occur on day shift, with placement likely on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Supervisory Experience
- Must be available for all shift and weekend work
- Prior experience leading a crew or production team
- Experience working in a union environment
- Background with Lean, WCM, Kaizen, SIS, or other CI methodologies
