Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all shift operations to meet production goals, cost targets, and quality standards while ensuring consistent workflow and proper equipment use. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate employees to maintain safe, high-quality performance, assigning tasks based on team strengths and operational priorities. Monitor daily activities, provide direction on techniques and safety, and troubleshoot equipment or quality issues to minimize downtime. Maintain adequate inventory, manage the shift-level operational budget, and enforce safety protocols and performance expectations. Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth, continuous operations and implement improvements in production methods.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or more education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production principles
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced industrial setting
