Production Supervisor (in the U.P. of MI)

Supervise and coordinate all shift operations to meet production goals, cost targets, and quality standards. Ensure consistent workflow, proper equipment use, and adherence to cleaning and finishing methods while maintaining adequate inventory of materials, tools, and supplies. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure safe, high-quality performance, assigning tasks based on team strengths and operational priorities. Troubleshoot equipment or quality issues quickly, coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, and enforce safety protocols and performance expectations. Identify and implement improvements in production methods and processes to foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability. Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth, continuous operations.
