Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will provide leadership on the shop floor, ensuring personnel safety and driving quality and efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating hazard assessments, developing production plans, enforcing quality processes, coaching employees for personal growth, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Requires a BS in Engineering or technical discipline, along with extensive manufacturing experience and a strong background in supervisory roles.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- BS in Engineering or technical discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean tools and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively organize several distinct functions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Familiarity and/or experience with manufacturing, machining, team leadership
