Job Summary
Lead and coordinate plant production activities in Willsboro to ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations. Direct production crews, perform root-cause analysis with engineers and maintenance, drive continuous improvement, improve throughput and quality, reduce waste and non-productive time, and establish/communicate KPIs. Responsibilities include planning, supervising, auditing safety and environmental compliance, coaching staff, investigating incidents, ensuring on-time product delivery, coordinating with maintenance and packaging/shipping, and delivering process improvements and data-driven decision-making. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and supervisory experience; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 plus bonus, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
