Production Supervisor II - 1st shift

Facilitate and direct team member workflow, including distributing work, assigning coverage for absences, and resolving unit problems. Control costs by minimizing scrap and rework, while anticipating production delays, material shortages, and equipment malfunctions. Provide technical assistance for repairs and work with engineering on cost reduction, labor planning, and production scheduling. Supervise, evaluate, and train the work group, assist in accident investigations, and promote a safe environment by ensuring policy compliance. Apply LEAN tools like VSM, SMED, and 5s to improve key business drivers. Maintain accurate production and employee records. Requires a Bachelor's degree with two years manufacturing experience or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work weekend overtime.
