Job Summary
Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes while managing production activities including assembly, material forming, processing, treating, or packaging to meet specifications and quality standards. Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources. Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions. Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement. Assure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent through performance management and engagement initiatives. Make day-to-day decisions directly impacting team efficiency. This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, which designs and delivers innovative eyecare products to over 140 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+16yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Shifts: Opportunities available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Travel Requirements: 0 – 10%

- Relevant manufacturing, operations, military, internship, co-op, project, or leadership experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated leadership ability through work experience, internships, student organizations, military service, athletics, project leadership, or other leadership experiences
- Manufacturing, Chemical, Aseptic, STEM, or Production Leadership experience
