Job Summary
Production Supervisor I for a chemical plant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Supervises daily production activities, allocates manpower per production plan, monitors mixers/pumps/filling machines and utility systems, oversees PLC-controlled systems and alarms, prepares production reports and batch records in SAP, coordinates batch manufacturing with maintenance, planning, and quality teams, ensures compliance with HSE procedures and PPE, and guides operators and technicians while supporting Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO standards to meet production targets and quality specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Process Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
- Experience handling Solvents, Chemical blenders, PLC-controlled systems, and filling operations
