Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day activities of a small production team on a 12-hour night shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor performance, enforce company policies, and address operational issues under close supervision. Responsible for scheduling, resource adjustments, and adherence to production plans; requires basic manufacturing experience and leadership capabilities. Travel up to 10% may be required. Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a manufacturing environment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing
- Basic leadership or Team Lead experience
- Familiarity with production equipment and processes
