PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR I - 3RD SHIFT (395)

Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day operation of the assigned production area (3rd shift), coordinates scheduling, monitors product quality and safety, and collaborates with Quality and other departments to meet KPI targets. Produces and reviews daily production reports; leads continual improvement efforts, supports safety and GMP compliance, and guides a production team across shifts with coaching from the manager. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to SOPs and company values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree OR at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- Prior lead experience and/or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations; write reports and procedures; present information; Spanish language skills preferred
