Job Summary
Frontline leadership role overseeing daily poultry production on the production floor, coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment and workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations to meet production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include providing training and a positive work environment to develop employees, organizing manpower, materials, and schedules for efficient operations, supervising performance with constructive feedback, fostering open communication, collaborating with other departments on quality improvements and cost savings, promoting a safe working environment, and supporting the Plant Operations Team. Preferred skills include bilingual English/Spanish, strong written and verbal communication, independent decision making, basic computer proficiency, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Education requirement is a High School Diploma/GED with a college degree in a related field preferred; experience in poultry or food industry is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; benefits and retirement details are provided. EOEd and safety/background checks are noted.
