Job Summary
Lead day-to-day production operations in a biologicals manufacturing environment focused on humic and fulvic-based products. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring safe and efficient production, monitoring schedules and inventory, maintaining batch documentation, supporting startup/shutdown/changeover, driving safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and equipment uptime while providing coaching and development to manufacturing staff. Requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong leadership, effective communication, and familiarity with OSHA/GMP practices; ERP/NetSuite experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and operational problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment with limited oversight
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems such as NetSuite preferred
