Job Summary
Plan production, monitor inventory, and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure operational efficiency and product availability. Manage production orders, raw material consumption, labor hours, and documentation while overseeing warehousing operations per approved procedures and quality standards. Evaluate suppliers, ensure GMP/GDP and ISO compliance, and approve SOPs prior to batch release. Coordinate equipment maintenance, validate new machinery, and monitor production KPIs through data analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement digital transformation projects, and train personnel to support operational excellence. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Technology, or Biology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality control environment
- Experience in GMP/GDP regulated production environments
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and EH&S principles
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and people management skills
- Continuous improvement and process optimization orientation
