Job Summary
Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals by organizing resources, driving capacity planning, and monitoring performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve critical product, process, and equipment issues while identifying opportunities for facility and process improvements. Coach and develop team members to build a highly engaged workforce within a transformer manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Full-time role in South Boston, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP and workforce management systems such as SAP and Kronos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a transformer manufacturing environment
- Experience with transformer coil winding
