Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for efficient and safe shift production planning and management to meet company goals. Coordinate milling operations, liaise with maintenance, ensure safe and environmentally compliant practices, oversee equipment inspections and defect repairs, maintain accurate production records and reports, coordinate with Packing, Jetty and Logistics to manage raw materials and cement storage, plan shift roaster, arrange training, and contribute to KPIs. Emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and cross-functional coordination to ensure continuity and optimal performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in production/shift supervision
