Production Supervisor - Graveyard

Production Supervisor on the graveyard shift will partner with the Production Manager to train all employees and build a team that supports company growth. Responsibilities include training to reduce safety hazards, motivating and supporting team members to reach their potential, maintaining clear communication between management and staff, recording tardiness points, coordinating PTO scheduling to meet production goals, and ensuring orders are built correctly for customers. Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of food manufacturing experience, and familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, plus ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work a 7:30 PM–6:00 AM shift (Fri–Tue) with overtime as needed; able to lift up to 80 pounds and work in a refrigerated space (34-36°F).
