Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality while supervising, training, and mentoring production line staff. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and meet production targets, preparing and maintaining production reports and documentation. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 in leadership, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong problem-solving skills.
