Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacturing, enforcing safety, quality, and GMP policies while managing shift functions including training, inventory, and housekeeping. Resolve production and quality problems through frequent product checks, authorize time records, and manage temporary staffing to meet labor and efficiency goals. Exercise independent judgment on hiring, discipline, and operational changes, conducting shift meetings and assisting plant leadership in reviewing operations. Develop new methods to optimize manufacturing efficiencies and reduce costs, maintaining a safe environment through personal adherence to plant rules and leader standard work. Work nights from 10pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday with 0-25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- related operations experience
- equivalent combination of education and related operations experience
- minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Computer usage and typing skills
