Job Summary
Production Supervisor oversees donation and production operations to meet/exceed merchandise production goals; supervises Production Associates; ensures safe, clean, organized workspace; conducts quality checks on merchandise; coordinates with management to meet production and sales goals; schedules and assigns employees; promotes productivity; handles safety training and forklift operations per standards; prepares reports; maintains customer satisfaction; emphasizes teamwork and leadership in a warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED equivalency preferred
- Minimum 1 year production or warehouse experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with dock equipment, lifting and handling techniques
- Basic math skills for reports, documentation, etc.
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment
- Ability to carry out instructions
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job
- Evergreen Goodwill Forklift certification optional, must meet eligibility requirements
- Physical ability to lift 30-40 pounds; standing, bending, climbing ladders; travel to off-site training
