Production Supervisor

Conduct shop floor safety and 5S audits while enforcing company policy and discipline. Monitor production output, PPH, and OEE metrics to drive quality control and scrap reduction. Lead GPS implementation and continuous improvement projects within your area. Manage inventory levels, shop orders, and shift handovers to ensure accurate production recordings. Enforce compliance with work instructions, control plans, and TPM standards across the plant. Support ISO9000, ISO14000, and ISO18000 system implementations and ensure proper PPE distribution. Provide performance management and training to associates as required.
