Job Summary
Organize workflows and monitor production personnel to ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient. Supervise production workers, monitor their performance, and maintain cleanliness and order on the production floor. Oversee all aspects of team supervision, training, development, and health, safety, and welfare while ensuring product and service quality meets the highest standards for customers. This rotational shifting schedule requires onsite work at Laguna International Industrial Park, Binan, Laguna. The team operates within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment focused on food manufacturing, where candidates with ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP training are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or any related courses
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
- With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP System
- Formal training in baking and technology
