Job Summary
Lead effective distribution programs and provide administrative oversight of all production initiatives for the Springfield bakery. Supervise, train, and mentor a crew of 12-15 employees while managing time and attendance records and facilitating departmental trainings. Write, review, and revise Standard Operating Procedures, conduct performance reviews, and make Continuous Improvement Program recommendations. Ensure staff work safely and efficiently while collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs. Adjust schedule as needed to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree or five years of manufacturing experience required.
