Production Supervisor

Direct shift production operations by checking formulas, assigning work tasks, and monitoring schedules to ensure adherence to standards. Ensure technicians and outsourced labor are properly instructed on equipment care and safe operation while performing continuous product inspections for quality. Maintain equipment in good operating condition, enforce safety policies through inspections and periodic meetings, and plan work assignments to cover all production phases. Monitor employee compliance with work rules, assist with training, and participate in the disciplinary action process as necessary. Maintain work area cleanliness and ensure adherence to all company policies including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes Oxley. Requires high school diploma, AIB Bakery Science Residence Program completion, and formal management skills training. Salary range $69,856.35 - $77,209.65.
