Production Supervisor(钣金车间)

Oversee daily production management of the sheet metal workshop, coordinating laser cutting, bending, turret punching, welding, and grinding processes to ensure on-time order delivery and target achievement. Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize scheduling, improve overall equipment efficiency, and control work-in-process inventory. Lead quality control by supervising first-article inspection and process audits to reduce defect rates and scrap costs. Enforce safety protocols and 5S standards while managing production costs through material and energy optimization. Resolve equipment failures, material shortages, and technical issues through cross-departmental coordination. Manage team operations including shift scheduling, training, performance reviews, and team building. Complete production reporting and statistical analysis.
