Job Summary
Direct manufacturing operations on assigned lines to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets; supervise production teams, coach operators, and improve performance; troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with engineering or maintenance to resolve them; prioritize production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer requirements; ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and proper training/certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 1+ years of operations including leadership experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, operations standards, and production workflows
- Foundational technical and operational skills applied in a production environment
- Exposure to people leadership or process coordination within a manufacturing setting
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to write reports and interact with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including interpreting data and applying basic mathematical concepts
