Job Summary
Champion safety initiatives and lead a team in a 12-hour continuous shift pattern, either day or night. Meet or exceed production targets while tracking performance against established goals and implementing corrective actions. Identify process enhancements, analyze root causes of issues, and maintain visual systems to communicate key metrics. Resolve labor relations and conflict issues within the team, ensuring clear communication across departments. Foster engagement and accountability through direct coaching and support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with metals.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
- Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work either day or night shift, depending on operational needs.
