Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead daily production activities with full ownership of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and communication. Drive accountability while maintaining a respectful, team-focused culture and work closely with Quality, Customer Service, and Engineering to address issues and deliver customer outcomes. Maintain a visible presence on the floor to assist hands-on with equipment operation, setups, and troubleshooting, while coaching team leads and operators through mentoring and clear expectations. Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities to drive corrective actions, ensuring schedules align with operational priorities. Use production data and quality metrics to make informed decisions, promote open communication and continuous improvement, and drive adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm; Friday 6:00am–11:00am.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Hands-on manufacturing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable using production systems, reports, and business software
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing leadership experience in a machining or industrial manufacturing environment
- Additional technical or leadership training
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- Willingness to work directly in production when needed
