Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily operations of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Dual In-line Package (DIP) production lines. The position demands strong leadership and communication skills to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment repairing or refurbishing electronics.
- Knowledge of SMT/DIP/MPA processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
