Job Summary
Coordinate daily poultry production operations by organizing manpower, materials, and equipment schedules to meet production targets while enforcing health and safety regulations. Provide training, oversee employee performance, and offer constructive feedback to maintain quality standards and team morale. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements, responding to operational issues in real time. Must be willing to work the 2nd shift. This frontline leadership role supports the Plant Operations Team within a global food company processing products for over 100 countries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
- Leadership skills of 20+ employees
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision making
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift
