Job Summary
Oversee daily poultry production operations by organizing manpower, materials, and equipment schedules to meet targets while enforcing safety and quality standards. Coordinate team duties, monitor workflow, and provide training to support employee performance and productivity. Manage 20+ employees through performance reviews, constructive feedback, and open communication to maintain morale and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to identify cost savings and process enhancements. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, with benefits starting after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
- Leadership skills of 20+ employees
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision making
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Monday– Friday schedule
- Occasional weekends
