Production Supervisor (Emigsville Plant) - Night Shift (7pm-7am)

Job Summary
Oversee hourly staff and manage shift operations including safety, quality, inventory, and housekeeping while enforcing GMP policies and company procedures. Resolve production and quality issues, conduct frequent product checks, and maintain shift documentation for compliance and continuous quality improvement. Exercise independent judgment on hiring, transfers, discipline, and staffing assignments to meet labor and efficiency goals. Review and authorize time records, manage temporary staffing, and optimize manufacturing methods to reduce operating costs. Attend production and safety meetings, assist plant management in operational reviews, and execute leader standard work daily. Maintain a supportive atmosphere through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- related operations experience
- equivalent combination of education and related operations experience
- minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
- demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Computer usage and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
