Job Summary
Oversee assigned production areas by maintaining safety and compliance standards, planning daily operations, and assigning work to meet production goals. Drive accountability through clear expectations for schedule, quality, and safety, while tracking results and managing employee relations including conflict resolution. Support staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates, and coach employees through regular development discussions and challenging assignments. Foster a positive work environment by communicating business goals and encouraging open dialogue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
