Production Supervisor

Oversee assigned production areas by planning daily operations, assigning work, and monitoring progress to meet production goals. Ensure a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and enforcing company policies while driving accountability for schedule, quality, and safety. Support staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates, and coach employees through regular development discussions and challenging assignments. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and fostering open dialogue about business goals and performance. This second-shift position (Monday–Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:30 AM) requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience. Emerson offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
