Production Supervisor - Ember Digital Signage - Expression of Interest

Lead end-to-end production of Ember LED digital signage projects, owning production outcomes from design validation through build, installation readiness, and dispatch. Validate scope, system design, and technical requirements; oversee drawings, BOMs, and production-ready documentation; ensure alignment with commercial and margin expectations. Plan and manage production schedules, allocate labour and resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversee fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, QA, and compliance; step in to resolve issues and maintain timelines. Lead and coach the production team day-to-day, drive accountability and continuous improvement, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues for high-quality builds delivered right first time.
