Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive operational excellence and meet KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Service, and Efficiency. This role involves scheduling labor and machinery, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include supervising production shifts, maintaining productivity metrics, leading employee training and development, and using lean and six-sigma methodologies to improve processes. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a production environment is required, and candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years supervisory experience
- Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10+ years manufacturing supervision experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma or other continuous improvement tools
- Lean or Six-sigma certifications
- Certified as Six Sigma Green Belt
