Job Summary
Oversee daily poultry production operations on the East Plant floor, train team, organize manpower, monitor equipment, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements. Lead team performance, provide feedback, collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support the Plant Operations Team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Ability to manage 20+ employees
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
