Job Summary
Create and maintain daily rehearsal, fittings, and crossover schedules while managing in-studio rehearsals and breaks. Coordinate all stunt rehearsals and logistics, ensuring rehearsal space is set and scripts, scores, and music changes are updated. Partner with the Creative Team to identify cast leadership, conduct briefings on creative and technical procedures, and deliver HR-related courses. Monitor cast compliance with company policies, manage contract riders, and ensure positive interactions among performers. Travel to ships for technical rehearsals and run-of-shows for 2–3 weeks at a time, adhering to maritime sailing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience in entertainment stage management or production / theatre related position
- 4+ years' experience in an entertainment management/production support role
- Stage Management experience
- Proven experience with calling automation cues; including scenic, lifts, performer flying, pyro, follow spots, and audio (show control)
- U.S. work authorization (possess or be eligible to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills

- Ability to assess and manage competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency – Excel, Word, Outlook and Keynote

- Agreeable to all maritime sailing and seafarer guidelines, requirements and regulations, including the possibility of sailing onboard the DCL ships with status as 'crew' and assigned to the crew manifest
- Required to travel to the ship for technical rehearsals and or run of show for 2 – 3 weeks at a time
Desired Qualifications
